A Pain Point Evaluation allows us to take a deep dive in understanding the key areas in processes that are causing you headaches and costing you money. We assess feedback and evaluate the performance of processes so that you:

How does it work?
- Purchase to receive an evaluation.
- We will reach out to you to interview you for pain point identification.
- We book a date to start our evaluation and discuss pre-homework (if needed), flow of our evaluation works.
- We analyze the process with the highest impact pain point. (Particularly the pain points, if improved, will greatly impact your bottom line, customer satisfaction and/or process efficiency.
- After we are complete with our evaluation process, we will present our findings (on-site or via WebEx) and a roadmap with action items to launch effective improvements.
