Signature Keynotes
Domonique helps organizations build the internal execution capability required to turn strategy into aligned, team-driven implementation.

The Execution Problem No One Is Naming
Most organizations fail with transformation and change initiatives because execution is not designed as a system.

This session breaks down why even well-crafted strategies stall after alignment meetings, how momentum quietly disappears after offsites, and why “clear plans” rarely survive contact with day-to-day work. You’ll leave with a sharper understanding of the structural gaps between strategy and execution—and what actually needs to change for work to move consistently from intent to impact.

Why Centralized Decision-Making Breaks Transformation
Transformation slows or collapses when decision-making is concentrated in too few hands.

This talk demonstrates how executive bottlenecks unintentionally constrain execution speed, why teams default to waiting instead of acting, and how modern transformation efforts (especially those involving AI and cross-functional change) amplify this friction. The focus is on how ownership can be redistributed so execution becomes faster, more resilient, and less dependent on constant top-down approval.

The Hidden Capability Gap Inside Organizations
Most organizations are not challenge with having the talent needed to succeed in the future of work. The current workforce is underutilized for how empowered they are to solve problems autonomously.

This session challenges the assumption that capability must be “built” through training alone. Instead, it explores why employees are often underutilized as problem-solvers, why engagement initiatives fail when they lack real execution authority, and how capability emerges when people are trusted with real ownership of outcomes that are strategically focused and not tactical focused.

From Contributor to Catalyst: How Individual Roles Drive Transformation
Transformation doesn’t only happen through leaders. The solution for sustained success happens through the daily decisions and actions of individual contributors.

This session reframes the role of individual contributors as essential drivers of organizational change, not passive recipients of strategy. It shares how proximity to real work gives contributors unique insight into what actually needs to improve, why most transformation efforts fail to tap into this advantage, and how influence can be exercised without formal authority. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of how to create impact from your current role by shaping execution, improving systems, and leveraging a grassroots approach to accelerate change.
