 Most women have trouble being confident in the workplace. Being comfortable to make advancing decisions, arriving each day with full authenticity can be a challenge. In this session, I will speak on confidence in the workplace, provide transparent insight that is purposed to challenge your thinking and lead you to breakthroughs in the workplace and beyond. Many critics argue that confidence is an issue for career growth, but for women confidence can be a double-edged sword. According to a study, if a woman is too confident it can lead her being less liked and displaying low confidence can make it hard for her to stand out and impress. So how do you make sense of this for yourself as it relates to you and decisions you seek to take? I want to help the people who are currently seeking a clear strategy to be more confident in the workplace.
